: Case of the petitioner, in a nut-shell, is that her case has not been considered for the post of Supervisor in accordance with law.
2. It has come in the reply that the case of the petitioner was duly considered. Written test was conducted on 19.1.2003. Result was declared on 8.5.2005, however, the petitioner has not qualified the written test.
3. Consequently, since the petitioner has not qualified the written test, there is no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
