It is not disputed that the present lis is covered by the instructions issued by the respondent-Corporation dated 03.02.2009 and the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP(T) No. 2882 of 2008, titled Darshan Singh Versus H.R.T.C..
2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of petitioner strictly in view of instructions and the judgment cited hereinabove, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
