Case of the petitioner was considered under O.B.C. category. He has secured 58.6 marks. He ranks at Sr. No. 25 in the merit list amongst the O.B.C. candidates. Only 12 candidates were to be considered under O.B.C. category. The cut off marks for the O.B.C. category were 62.2 and the petitioner has secured only 58.6 marks.
2. Accordingly, there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
