The case of the petitioner, in a nutshell, is that she had appeared for the interview/test for the post of Anganwari Supervisor, however, she has not been offered appointment to the post of Supervisor though the less meritorious persons have been considered and appointed to the said post. The petitioner has not arrayed any of those candidates against whom allegations have been made in the petition.
