“(i) That the Respondents may very kindly be directed to grant revised pay scale of Rs. 4550-7220/- to the petitioner w.e.f. 06/07/1999 and arrears accrued there under be paid with interest @ 9% per annum, in the interest of justice.
(ii) That the respondents may very kindly be directed to pay the revised pay scale and other benefits from the date of initial appointment to the petitioner as is being paid to the similarly situated teachers, with all consequential benefits.”
2. The issue is the subject matter of LPA No. 105 of 2010. The writ petition is disposed of making it clear that appropriate action in the case of the petitioner shall also be taken in accordance with the decision of LPA No. 105 of 2010, subject to its finality, within another two months.
