ORDER
Alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 28.04.2026 in W.P.(MD)No.11534 of 2026, this contempt petition has been filed.
2. Relying upon the affidavit filed by the petitioner, who is the donor, the present Contempt Petition has been filed, claiming that the contemnor has failed to register the document in terms of the direction issued by this Court. However, it is only the claimant/donee who is required to file an affidavit and not the donor.
