This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the learned VII Additional Family court, Chennai to dispose of the proceedings in HMOP.No.4606 of 2024, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.

Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the petition is now at the stage of cross-examination of P.W.1, there shall be a direction to the learned VII Additional Family court, Chennai, to dispose of HMOP.No.4606 of 2024, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
