ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Pennagaram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2017, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5 and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that P.W.2 is in the witness box and is undergoing cross-examination,

there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Pennagaram, to dispose of O.S.No.25 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
