PRAYER:
Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 3rd respondent to register the release deed executed by the daughters of the petitioner in respect of property comprised in Survey Nos.
582/1, 582/2, 583/1, 586/2, 587/2, 583/3 and 587/3, located at Ammapatti Village, Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni District by considering the representation dated 26.09.2026 preferred by the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to register the release deed executed by the daughters of the petitioner in respect of property comprised in Survey Nos. 582/1, 582/2, 583/1, 586/2, 587/2, 583/3 and 587/3, located at Ammapatti Village, Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni District by considering the representation dated 26.09.2026 preferred by the petitioner.
4. A dispute with regard to the presentation of the document has been raised by the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent. To give a quietus to the dispute, the petitioner is directed to present the document before the 3rd respondent on 12.11.2026 at about 3.00 p.m., along with a copy of this order. Upon presentation of the document, the same shall be received and processed by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.
