ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the application submitted by the temple authority and conduct a survey and demarcation of the four boundaries of the property comprised in Survey Nos.93/3 and 93/4, situated at Vallavankottai Village, Manoor Taluk, Tirunelveli District, pursuant to the payment made vide E-Challan No.20251107052136 dated 07.11.2025, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner submitted that he is the lawful tenant of the subject property and in order to survey and fix the boundaries to the subject property, the owner of the property/temple authority had made an application on 07.11.2025 and since no further steps have been taken by the revenue authorities, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the above relief. __________
