ORDER
After applying for a renewal of passport bearing No.P8648985, the petitioner has approached this Court for directions relating thereto.
2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent. Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the second respondent.
3. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent submits that C.C.No.33 of 2023 is pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.
