ORDER
After applying for a passport under File No. MD 5065033547125, the petitioner seeks early consideration of the same.
2. Mr.K.Maharajan, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the second respondent. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that a charge sheet was filed in C.C. No. 7 of 2023 which is pending before the Fast Track Court, Karaikudi.
