ORDER
After applying for a passport on 25.06.2026, the petitioner seeks directions to process said application.
2. Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the second respondent. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that no charge sheet was filed in relation to Crime No. 427 of 2025.
3. Considering the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for a passport in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
