ORDER
Asserting that the petitioner is the owner of lands in Survey Nos. 68/1B and 397/2 at Mulaiyur Post, Natham Taluk, the petitioner states that the lands in Survey Nos. 68/2 and 69 are the only pathways to the petitioner's agricultural lands. After submitting representation dated 08.09.2026 to respondents 1 to 4 to lay a road thereon, the present writ petition was filed.
2. Mr. R.Parthiban, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Mrs.W.Pamelin, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents 3 and 4.

3. Handing over a copy of the A-Register, it is submitted that the land in Survey No. 68/2 is classified as “Karadu”. It is also submitted that a road cannot be laid at the request of the petitioner.
4. Considering the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
