ORDER
The order disposing of the Writ Petition directed the Revenue Divisional Officer to consider the petitioner's claim and dispose of the same after taking into account the decree passed in O.S.No.68 of 2022.

2. Appearing on behalf of the respondent, Mr.P.Pethu Rajesh, learned Additional Government Pleader, has handed over a copy of the order issued by the Division Bench on 01.10.2026 in WA(MD) SR. No.89469 of 2026. He submits that a review petition was filed by the rival party in terms of the liberty granted by the Division Bench.
