ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in the order dated 30.09.2026 passed in CRL.OP.No.28249 of 2026, on the file of this Court, for complying with the condition imposed by the Learned

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to grant an extension of the time to the petitioner for complying with the earlier order of this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted time till 30.11.2026, failing which the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled and the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial as against the accused.
