ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused in S.C.No.231 of 2025, on the file of the Additional District cum Sessions Court, Padmanabhapuram, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners are charged with the offences under Sections 296(b), 76, 351(2), 329(4), 74 and 75 of BNS, 2023.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3. Today, the defacto complainant/second respondent is present in-person and she acknowledges the fact that she had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in S.C.No.231 of 2025, on the file of the learned Additional District cum Sessions Court, Padmanabhapuram, is hereby quashed.
