ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India against the order dated 22.9.2023 in I.A.No.59 of 2022 in O.S.No.132 of 2001 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Nannilam, Thiruvarur District (for short, the Court below).
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the second appeal itself namely S.A.No.1319 of 2009 came to be allowed by this Court by judgment and decree dated 29.9.2026 and thereby the preliminary decree passed by the Trial Court was set aside and the said suit in O.S.No.132 of 2001 was dismissed.
4. In the light of this development, nothing survives for consideration in this revision and the civil revision petition has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected CMP is also closed. 04-11-2026 To The District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Nannilam, Thiruvarur District RS
