ORDER
(1) This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the D.V.C.No.26 of 2024 pending before the Additional Mahila Court, Thiruvallur and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Vellore.
(2) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil miscellaneous petition and also sought for liberty to file appropriate application before the Competent Court. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
(3) In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file appropriate application before the Competent Court.
