Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th Respondents to conduct the enquiry in the light of the 2nd Respondent’s proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8393/2025/Oi8 dated 25.05.2026 and 05.08.2026 within a time limit fixed by this Honorable Court, after giving notice to the petitioner and the villagers, and consequently directing the 2nd Respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate on behalf of the MBC

department, so that the ration shop building can be constructed with the amount now allocated by the Government on the vacant plots numbered 3 and 4 (the old vacant plots 2 and 3, recently renumbered as house plot numbers) situated at Jangamaiyanure Village, Senganoore Panchayat, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
