ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct a fair, impartial and time-bound enquiry into the petitioner's complaint dated 10.10.2026 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry has already been conducted on the petitioner's complaint and the same has been closed.
