ORDER
After applying for renewal and re-issuance of passport on 23.10.2024, the petitioner seeks directions relating thereto.
2. Mr.T.Mahendran, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent. Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the second respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that a case is pending in S.C.No.324 of 2022 before the III Additional District Judge, Pattukottai.
4. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to approach the III Additional District Judge, Pattukottai, for clearance.
