ORDER
The petitioner applied for issuance of passport. Communication dated 29.10.2025 was issued stating that an adverse police verification report was received. The petitioner has challenged said communication in this Writ Petition.
2. Mr.V.Boominathan, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent. Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the second respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent submits that C.C.No.128 of 2022 is pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri.
4. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to approach the Judicial Magistate, Sivagiri, for
