ORDER
After submitting an application dated 14.08.2026 for issuance of a passport, the petitioner has approached this Court for directions for processing said application.
2. Mr.V.Boominathan, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent. Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the second respondent.
3. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent submits that no charge sheet was filed in relation to the Crime No.122 of 2023.
4. In view thereof, there is no impediment for the consideration of the petitioner’s application.
