ORDER
After applying for renewal of passport, the petitioner has approached this Court for directions to process the application.
2. Mrs.B.Deepa, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent. Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the second respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent submits that no charge sheet was filed in Crime No.153 of 2018.
4. Considering above submissions, there is no impediment for the consideration of the petitioner’s application.
