ORDER
After submitting representation dated 21.09.2026 for the constitution of an Administration Committee for the Anjuman E- Himayath E Islam Waqf, the present Writ Petition was filed.
2. Accepting notice on behalf of the Waqf Board, Mr.S.A.Ajmal Khan, learned Standing Counsel, has handed over a copy of order dated 14.10.2026 of the Waqf Board constituting an Ad hoc Committee for administering the affairs of the Waqf from 29.09.2026 till 28.09.2027. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
