JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant filed a suit before the Trial Court for recovery of money. Pending the suit, an interim application was filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 seeking a direction not to alienate the property. The said I.A was dismissed, against which the present appeal has been filed.
2. Pending the appeal, both parties to the suit entered into compromise and the suit was dismissed as settled out of Court on 09.08.2024. Copy of the judgement has been placed on record.
