ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam, J.) The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been implemented. In this regard, he submitted a copy of the proceedings dated 26.09.2026 issued by the District Collector, Dindigul District addressed to the Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Madurai Division.
2. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If any other grievance exists to the petitioners, they are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. It is made clear that the compensation already quantified is to be settled in pursuant to the order of the District Collector. No costs. (S.M.S.,J.)
