ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is seen that the plaint itself has been rejected on 08.09.2023. In view of the same, the only remedy that

is available to the petitioner is to file a regular appeal under Section 96 r/w Order 41 of Civil Procedure Code since the order passed in an application for rejection of plaint gets the character of a decree under Section 2(2) of CPC. By granting this liberty, the present civil revision petition is disposed of.
