Judgment
Mr.V.Perumal, learned counsel representing on behalf of the Learned Counsel for the Appellant informs this Court that the sole Appellant Mr.Palaniappan has died. He further submitted that there are no legal heirs to be impleaded on behalf of the Appellant in this Second Appeal.
2. In view of the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellant, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
