ORDER
(1) This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw O.S. No. 182 of 2024 pending on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Sivakasi.
(2) The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnised on 30.10.2019, as per Muslim rites and customs. Since matrimonial

disagreements and disputes arose between the couple, the respondent filed O.S.No.182 of 2024, on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner states that she is finding it very difficult and inconvenient both physically and emotionally to travel all the way from Sivakasi to Poonamallee, covering a distance of 500 kilometres to contest the matrimonial proceedings instituted by the respondent. The petitioner has therefore sought for transfer of the proceedings.
(3) Mr.K.A.Mariappan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection to the transfer of the proceedings in O.S. No. 182 of 2024 pending on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee to the file of Sub Court, Sivakasi. However, the allegations made in the affidavit are not admitted.
(4) In view of the “No objection” of the learned counsel for the respondent/husband, the proceedings in O.S. No. 182 of 2024 pending on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Sivakasi.
