JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by Dr.G.Jayachandran J.) By an order dated 14.08.2026, this Court referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre to workout an amicable solution to the dispute.
2. The report from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre indicates that a positive settlement has been reached in terms of a Joint Memo of Compromise entered into between the parties on 28.10.2026, following the joint compromise arrived at between the parties with the assistance of the Mediation Centre.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise, which shall form part of this order. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
