ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.182, School Education (E1) Department, dated 25.7.2007 and the consequential amendment to the service rule in G.O.Ms.No.127, School Education (A1) Department, dated 25.05.2012 as arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India.
