ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent to take all necessary steps to ensure that the proceedings of the Tamil Nadu State Assembly are telecast either through a Live telecast through any Government agency or Captain TV or through a Live Webcast or through any other appropriate medium of platform.
2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that already the proceedings are being broadcast live and therefore, the prayer sought in the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. (SUSHRUT ARVIND DHARMADHIKARI,CJ) (G.ARUL MURUGAN,J)
