ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.Jayachandran J.) This Writ Petition has been filed by A.G.Shanthi, Head Clerk, IV Additional District Court, Udumalpet, challenging the show-cause notice dated 10.08.2026, which indicates the intention of the 2nd respondent to recover the excess amount paid erroneously during the process of pay re-fixation. Though 15 days’ time was granted to the petitioner to submit an explanation, it appears that the petitioner submitted her explanation only on 10.09.2026.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent has not passed any final order so far.

3. In view of the said fact, we dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s explanation and pass orders on merits, in accordance with law. If any adverse order is passed, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs. (Dr.G.J.,J.) (E.M.,J.) 03-11-2026 Index: Yes/No
