ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.Jayachandran J.) The show-cause notice dated 17.09.2026, indicating that the 2nd respondent contemplates recovering the excess amount paid during the re- fixation of salary, is under challenge in this Writ Petition.
2. By the said show-cause notice, 15 days’ time was granted to the writ petitioner to explain why the recovery should not be made from his salary. The writ petitioner submitted his explanation immediately on 18.09.2026. Till date, no final order has been passed. Since the impugned order is only a show- cause notice, the petitioner will have the liberty to challenge the final order if she is aggrieved.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s explanation and pass final order on merits, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. (Dr.G.J.,J.) (E.M.,J.) 03-11-2026 Index: Yes/No
