PRAYER: S-34. Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to sanction the incentive increment to the petitioner for having acquired higher qualification of M.A., (Tamil) and disburse the attendant and monetary benefits thereof in the light of the proceedings passed by the 4th respondent as recorded in the service register of the petitioner vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 928/A1/2019 dated 27.08.2020, within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

O R D E R
The petitioner, a Headmaster of Panchayat Union Javagar Middle School, Tenkasi, with a grievance that the incentive increment eligible to this petitioner has not been provided has submitted a representation and also filed this writ petition.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, by referring to the proceedings of the Block Educational Officer, Vasudevanallur, dated 22.09.2026 submits that the petitioner’s request for eligible incentive increment has been considered, in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.120, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR-IV) Department, dated 01.11.2021 and G.O.Ms.No.95, Human Resources Management (FR-IV) Department, dated 26.10.2023. A copy of the proceedings, dated 22.09.2026 is placed before this Court and also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the proceedings of the Block Educational Officer, Vasudevanallur, dated 22.09.2026, this writ petition is closed, with liberty to this petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
