PRAYER: (S-38). Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to calculate and disburse to the petitioner all monetary benefits including salary arrears, allowances, increments, gratuity, enhanced provident fund contributions, leave surrender amount and all other consequential service benefits from 01.03.1998 to 31.05.2024 based on the Secretary's pay scale as per 12(3) Settlement along with appropriate interest, in compliance with the Judgment dated 07.09.2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.2356 of 2004 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

The petitioner, a retired employee of Veerakeralampudur Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Tenkasi, with a grievance that the monetary benefits as per the 12(3) settlement have not been settled to him, has filed this writ petition, seeking a Mandamus.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to the proceedings of the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Tenkasi, in Na.Ka.No.1007/2026/Sa.Pa, dated, 27.10.2026 submits that the request of this petitioner has been considered and it was rejected. A copy of the rejection order, dated 27.10.2026 is placed before this Court and also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
