PRAYER: S-38. Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay salary for 56 days leave taken by the petitioner from 18.06.2024 to 12.08.2024 by submitting proper leave application along with medical certificate, after deducting the same from his earned leave salary account, by considering the petitioners representation dated 05.03.2025 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Seeking leave salary from 18.06.2024 to 12.08.2024, the petitioner, a Driver of the respondent Transport Corporation has submitted a representation and filed this writ petition.
