Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal before the competent authority against the order laid challenge in the instant proceedings. Prayer allowed.
2. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner is permitted to file an appeal before the competent Court of law within a period of one week.
