Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Sharma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting?

Through instant petition, very innocuous prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner to issue direction to the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation (Annexure P-5.) in time bound manner.
2. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondent/State, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, fairly states that representation, if not already decided, shall be decided expeditiously. High Court of H.P. ::: Downloaded on - 06/11/2026 03:11:10 :::CIS

3. Consequently, in view of the aforesaid fair stand adopted by the learned Deputy Advocate General, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent No. 2 to ensure that representation (Annexure P-5), if not already decided, shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass an appropriate speaking order.
