Notice. Mr. Sanjay Dalmia, learned counsel, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Petitioner retired from the service of the respondent-Bank at the age of 60 years on 31.03.2026. He has claimed several reliefs in this writ petition, asserting he is entitled to different amounts under different heads.

superannuation, however, the facts documented in the said rejection at Annexure P-19 have not been depicted correctly. Qua the other reliefs claimed in the writ petition, petitioner's grievance as projected by his learned counsel is that petitioner's claims in that regard are still pending adjudication with the respondents.

3. While looking to the nature of petitioner's claims, it is deemed appropriate to direct respondent No. 3 / competent authority to consider this writ petition as petitioner's representation, and take appropriate call in accordance with law, applicable rules, regulations/ instructions and decide petitioner's claims under different heads including relief No. (i) which apparently has not found favour with respondent No. 4 in terms of Annexure P-19. Fresh decision be taken within eight weeks. The decision so taken be also communicated to the petitioner.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
