The instant petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment as passed by this court in CWP No. 3995 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026.
2. Today, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the copy of the office order dated 05.11.2026 whereby after considering the case of the petitioner, the same has been allowed. The said fact has been duly endorsed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Since, the judgment stands fully complied with by the State, therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.
