ORDER
1. Learned counsel for the appellants is seeking time to file MA for change of name of respondent no.3 as it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for appellants that the name for respondent no.3 is now known as Indian Bank. Four weeks' time is granted to the appellants to file such MA .
2 . This matter is adjourned on 28.01.2027. This matter will be heard along with CA 4/2023. If any reply or rejoinder is to be filed by the parties to this litigation, the same may be filed by next date of hearing.
