“A mention was made today by Ld.Counsel for the applicant before the undersigned which has been allowed for placing the case on 16.11.2026” before the DRAT Delhi having the additional charge. Ld.Counsel Shri Abhishek Kapariya holding brief of Shri Shadab Alam Ld.Counsel for the applicant is present. The present Misc. Application has been filed on 19.10.2026 by Shri Shadab Alam, Ld. Counsel for the applicant for release of the pre-deposit deposited by the Appellants in Appeal Dy.No. 143 of 2020 being disposed of by the Tribunal on 27.05.2026. Ld. Counsel submitted a Demand Draft of Rs.60863/- vide D.D. No.217812 dated 05.03.2020 drawn on State Bank Of India in favour of Registrar DRAT Allahabad which has been kept in safe custody with Punjab National Bank FD Account No.883200PU00008787. Ld. Counsel submitted another Demand Draft of Rs. 245000/- vide D.D. No.686206 dated 24.01.2024 drawn on Bank Of Baroda in favour of Registrar DRAT Allahabad which has been kept in safe custody with Indian Bank TDR No.0109622. Case to be registered. In view of mention allowed by the undersigned let the matter be placed before the Hon’ble Court at DRAT Delhi on 16.11.2026.
