IN THE DEBTS RECOVERY APPELLATE TRIBUNAL- ALLAHABAD Diary No. 2632/2026 Date 05.11.2026 M/s Umesh Ji Medical Store & Ors ………………..Appellant Canara Bank & Anr Respondent “A mention was made today by Ld.Counsel for the appellant before the DRAT Delhi having the additional charge.The Hon’ble Court has allowed the mention for placing the case on 13.11.2026.” Ld.Counsel Shri Kaif Mohd.holding brief of Shri Udai Chandani Ld.Counsel for the appellant is present. Ld. Counsel filed Waiver Application (I.A.No.1664/2026)with online filing and proper Court Fee.
Ld. Counsel further deposited court fee of Rs.33550 vide online mode bearing trans. ref id 0511260056278 towards deficiency of Court fee.
Regarding illegible pages Ld.Counsel provided typed copy of those pages. Regarding pre-deposit Ld. Counsel submits that against the demanded amount of Rs.1,24,58,817.59 the appellant have already deposited Rs.1,19,99,000 with the respondent bank after issuance of demand notice dated 02.04.2024 annexed at page no. 39 & 40.Proof of deposit is annexed as annexure no.8 of the appeal. The deposited amount is more than 50% of the debt due. Ld. Counsel mentioned details of court fee at para 10. Ld. Counsel mentioned date in verification Clause. Defects reconciled.
The present Regular appeal is filed u/s 18 of the SARFAESI Act 2002 on 03.11.2026 by Shri Udai Chandani,Ld. Counsel for the appellant against the Final Order dated 13.10.2026 passed in the S.A.No.695 of 2024 by Debts Recovery Tribunal,Allahabad.
Ld. Counsel also filed Urgency Application (I.A.No.1651/2026),Stay Application (I.A.No.1652/2026)&Waiver Application (I.A.No.1664/2026). In view of mention allowed by the Hon’ble Court and submission made out by the Appellant in the Urgency application(I.A.No.1651/2026)let the matter be placed before the Hon’ble Court at DRAT Delhi on 13.11.2026.
