IA 1333/2026 (Impleading): Learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for R1 are present. IA 1333/2026 is filed for impleading the proposed respondent Mrs. Priya, who is one of the legal heir of the deceased second respondent-K.Jeyachandran. The perusal of the Legal heir certificate of the deceased second respondent shows that he died leaving his wife-Sathyavathy and 2 daughters viz., Lavanya and Priya. Except Priya, other legal heirs are already on record. Therefore, it is required that Priya has to be impleaded as 6th respondent in the appeal. Therefore, this impleading application is allowed. Petitioner is directed to make appropriate amendment in the appeal memorandum and file amended appeal memorandum. Post the matter on 28.12.2026. Sd/-
