Chamber Appeal 16/2026: This appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned Registrar of DRAT, Chennai, declining to register the AIR 1302/2026 on the ground that despite giving opportunity, the physical copy of the appeal has not been presented with the Registry. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that she has now submitted the physical copy of the appeal papers. In the said circumstances, this chamber appeal is allowed. Registry is directed to process the appeal and proceed further. Sd/-
