(Detailed order vide separate sheets) In the said circumstances, this Tribunal is of the view that the learned Presiding Officer has rightly dismissed the securitization application and there is no reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Presiding Officer, DRT-I, Chennai in SA 1/2024. Accordingly, the order dated 03.04.2024 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, DRT-I, Chennai, in SA 1/2024 is confirmed and the appeal is dismissed. In the result, This appeal is dismissed confirming the order of the learned Presiding officer, DRT-I, Chennai, passed in S.A. 1/2024 on 03.04.2024. Parties shall bear their own costs. Pending IAs, if any shall stand closed.
