Hon’ble Ms. Harvinder Kaur Oberoi, Member (J) The order of the Tribunal dated 04.02.2025 passed in OA No. 928/2024 has been challenged before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi by way of W.P. (C) No. 16646/2025. It is informed that the said Writ Petition, filed by the respondents challenging the order of the Tribunal, is pending adjudication and that a stay is operating against the operation of the Tribunal’s order. The matter is stated to be listed before the Hon’ble High Court on 25.01.2027.
2. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present CP pending.
3. Accordingly, the CP is closed with liberty to either of the parties to seek its revival, if so warranted. Notices are discharged. Pending MA(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
